Here is a sample widget. It is a 3-speed marquee with reversible scrolling direction that can fit into a corner of your web page. Visitors to your web site may place mouse over the content to stop scrolling, or may click on the R button to reverse the direction, and the S button to change the speed of scrolling.

To use this widget all you have to do is click on the 'Get Widget' link. Copy the code that is displayed and paste it anywhere on your web page. It can be placed within a cell of a table, as we did it here, or within a <div> tag with absolute or relative position.

If you want this marquee for another state, just click on the 'Lottery Results Marquee' menu on the left. If you want to see all feeds available for your state, just click on your state in the menu.

Our services are intended for real web sites where the webmaster has full control of his/her web pages, and not for WordPress, FaceBook and the like where software controls the webmaster and his pages. In fact, Blogspot has much more flexibility and our widgets can be added to a blogger page by using the 'HTML/JavaScript' option. Obviously, our Google gadgets can be added by using the 'Add Gadget' option.

For those who do not want the ads, we can provide all the available services without the ads and most of the links for reasonable monthly charge. Also, there will be a paid services in the form of automatically generated images of latest lottery results of each state. However, this part of our service is not yet fully implemented since very few are showing interest. After all, why pay while you can get such a useful web site content free.

In fact, when we initially conceived this service, our intention was to charge web sites for its use since it is neither easy nor cheap to follow up and collect lottery results several times a day in addition to hosting all files. But now we decided to run ads on the more complex widgets so that web sites can use them free of charge, advertisers have their ads exposed to potential customers, and we collect whatever the ads generate, if any. So, it can be a win-win-win situation.

All data and script files are hosted at LoReF.com and US-Lotteries.com, and data will be updated several times a day as new lottery results are available. As for the Google gadgets and WidgetBox widgets, the source files are hosted at the respective sites while the data are still fed from US-Lotteries.com.
